The staff is very attentive , and everything is quite modern. Breakfast features fresh eggs and an excellent selection of fruits and teas. Clean rooms with comfy beds make for a cozy stay.
The bathroom needs an update , and the shower leaked a little. The street noise can be bothersome at night, which affects sleep quality.

The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with
local information and even arranging transportation for us to nearby attractions. The room was cozy and impeccably clean, making it a delightful base for exploration. However, the signage outside could be better as we initially struggled to locate the hotel.

The location of Dreams Boutique Hotel is a real highlight. Just a short walk to the main square, it puts you right where the action is. My room was spacious ands nicely ventilated, providing a comfortable base after my adventures in Cusco. I appreciated the warm heating bags they placed inside the bed for those chilly nights. The breakfast had some standout moments, like when they made us pancakes upon request, which was a nice touch. However, the bathroom needed an update. the shower leaked a bit and could use more pressure. Some staff seemed a little quiet and distant, possibly due to language barriers, which made interaction a bit awkward at times. Also, the street noise can be disruptive at night, affecting sleep. Even so, the hotel offers good value considering its prime location. Overall, if you’re looking for clean and affordable accommodation, you might find Dreams suitable, just with some areas needing attention.

I had an awesome stay with super comfy beds and spacious rooms that made me feel right at home. Relaxing in the leisure room with some great company was a nice bonus after my busy days exploring. Only downside was that the shower pressure could be stronger, but it didn’t really take away from my experience. 😄

Had a fab time! Rooms were super comfy and just a stroll from the main square, perfect for my exploring.
Shower took forever to heat up—might as well take a nap while waiting! And can someone please fix the bathroom smell?
